I can’t find the gift box I want, can I order bespoke gift boxes?
Yes, you can build your own gift box but if you still can’t find the items you’re looking for you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
CanI place a corporate order for items that are not listed on your website?
Yes! We can source a wide range of items that are guaranteed to only come from a good place and bespoke build any gifts or gift boxes for your recipients, no matter what the occasion is. Contact us on email@example.com
Is your packaging sustainable?
All our packaging, including shredding, bags and boxes are sourced from recycled paper and cardboard. We work closely with all suppliers to ensure they follow our ethos with sustainable packaging.
Are your products cruelty free?
Absolutely yes! All our products only ever come from a good place. We stock a wide range of vegan products and also stock products that contain wool and beeswax but all products are cruelty free.
Do you support non-profit organisations?
Yes, we are an official sustainable business member of Big Blue Ocean Cleanup where we adopt a minimal waste policy with all our procedures. We also support
charities Women’s Aid and CHESS Homeless through various ranges allowing customers to support these worthy charities by simply shopping with us.
Are your products natural?
We source all products that are natural, sustainable and ethical but all ingredients should be checked for personal allergies and sensitivities before use.
Do you stock British Brands only?
We stock a wide range of British brands in order to support local and handmade and keep our carbon footprint to a minimum, but we also stock ranges from outside the UK too especially if the products support a vulnerable community and allows artisans the opportunity to keep traditional techniques alive.
What is La Pomme’s ethos?
We believe in championing all that is good in this world and provide a way of shopping that not only gives back to the planet but gives back to others too. We believe in everything good and everything positive and that shopping more consciously should feel rewarding. We love to make people feel good.
Doyou accept returns?
